3D Printing, Community and Crowd Sourced Displays

December 30, 2014

We are really excited about our crowdsourced, 3d printed sculpture project we are doing with 3D Hubs and PrintToPeer. We have pieces pouring in from all over the world. We have shipments in from Switzerland, Puerto Rico, USA, UK and all over Canada. The sculpture will be unveiled on December 18th at the Stanley A. Milner Library. We will also be holding an Assembly & Printing Party on December 17th to bring the community together to assemble the sculpture, and print off any pieces the public would like to add. We encourage anyone who has a 3d printer to bring theirs in and help us print these last links. Visit this link for more information on the December 17th event - Link
