At RepRap Warehouse, we are committed to your success as a maker. We understand that sometimes a part isn't exactly what you needed or a project changes direction. Our goal is to make the return process as straightforward as possible so you can get back to printing.
Our Return Policy
Standard items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:

Unopened & Original Condition
Items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact. -
Consumables
For quality control and safety, filament and resin can only be returned if the vacuum seal or factory wrap is intact. -
Electronics
Motherboards, drivers, and sensors must be in their original anti-static packaging.
If you receive a component that is defective out of the box, please contact our technical support team immediately at support@reprapwarehouse.com. We will prioritize a replacement or refund for any verified manufacturing defects.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Opened filament or resin.
- Custom-built 3D printers or modified components.
- Downloadable software or digital goods.
- Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale."
How to Start a Return
- Request an RMA: Email us at sales@reprapwarehouse.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not ship items back without this.
- Ship it Back: Securely pack your items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or is defective.
Refunds & Restocking

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. -
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to items returned with opened or damaged external packaging that requires us to re-test or re-package the item for resale.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the correct part. This ensures your new project supplies are shipped out to you immediately.
Local Returns: If you are near our Edmonton or Sherwood Park locations, you can drop off your return in person! Please ensure you have your order confirmation with you for a smooth process.
