Ultrafuse® TPU 64D combines the best of two worlds by being a strong yet flexible filament for Fused Filament Fabrication, suitable for all FFF technologies. Building on BASF‘s decades of experience in flexible materials, this material is based on the established thermoplastic polyurethane Elastollan, standing for maximum reliability, consistent product quality and cost efficiency. Ultrafuse® TPU 64D is easily compatible with water soluble support. Thanks to its property profile, Ultrafuse® TPU 64D presents an excellent alternative to rubber and ABS for the manufacturing of tools, jigs and fixtures.
Ultrafuse® TPU 64D is easy to print on direct drive and bowden style printers and is compatible with soluble BVOH support to realize the most complex geometries.
Ultrafuse® TPU 64D is based on food-safe raw materials (granulate), which are suitable for food contact applications according to the European Plastics Regulation.
Shipping

- We provide Canada-wide shipping to every province and territory.
- International delivery is available to many countries via DHL and UPS, though we are not shipping to the USA at this time.
- If you live near our Edmonton or Sherwood Park locations, you can skip the shipping fees and visit us in person.
- Pre-ordered items will ship as soon as the inventory arrives at our warehouse.

Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened items and within 14 days for opened items in new condition.
- To qualify for a return, items must be in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.
- Please note that opened consumables like filament and resin, as well as modified items or final sale products, are not eligible for return.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover processing and inspection.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and include photos of the issue.
