Shipping policy

At RepRap Warehouse, we know you want to get printing as soon as possible. We work hard to pack your orders quickly and safely so your 3D printing supplies arrive in perfect condition.

Important Notice for U.S. Customers: Due to recent tariff changes, we are temporarily unable to ship to the United States. We’re actively monitoring the situation and hope to resume service soon. I appreciate your understanding.

Where We Ship

  • Canada-Wide: We ship to every province and territory.
  • International: We ship to many countries worldwide (excluding the USA at this time) via trusted partners such as DHL and UPS.

Shipping Methods

We give you several choices at checkout so you can pick the speed and price that works for you:

  • Canada Post Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost and or Regular Parcel.
    Best for reliable delivery to residential addresses and PO Boxes.
  • UPS Standard.
    Best for heavy items and reliable ground shipping.
  • Purolator Ground
    Best for fast, professional delivery within Canada.
  • DHL Express
    It is the fastest option for our international makers.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Fast Handling
    We try to ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Cut-off Time
    Orders placed early in the day are often sent out the same afternoon.
  • Delivery Estimates
    Once your package leaves our warehouse, delivery usually takes 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Local Pickup (Free)

If you live near our Edmonton or Sherwood Park locations, you can skip the shipping fees and visit us in person!

  • Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout.
  • Wait for our email telling you your order is ready.
  • Bring your ID and order number when you come to visit.

Pre-Orders Shipping Dates

Pre-order items will ship as soon as inventory arrives at our warehouse. Please note that any shipping speeds selected at checkout reflect the transit time after the item has shipped, not from the date the order was placed. You'll receive an email update as soon as your items arrive and are ready to be shipped to you!

Tracking Your Order

Once we print your shipping label, we will email you the tracking number. You can use this to watch your package every step of the way.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us at support@reprapwarehouse.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items.
