Refund policy

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

We aim to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, the policy below outlines your options and responsibilities.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within:

  • 30 days of purchase or delivery for unopened items
  • 14 days of purchase or delivery for opened items

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In new or like-new condition
  • Complete with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Opened items may be eligible for exchange or store credit at our discretion, unless confirmed defective.


2. 3D Printer & Large Equipment Returns

Due to the technical nature of 3D printers and large equipment:

  • Opened or used units are not eligible for return unless defective
  • Unopened units may be returned within the standard return window, subject to inspection
  • All returns of printers and large equipment will incur a restocking fee. Restocking fees apply due to handling, inspection, testing, and repackaging required to return items to sellable condition. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in rare circumstances

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Filament, resin, and other consumables once opened
  • Software or digital licenses once activated
  • Products that have been modified
  • Custom-ordered or personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale items

4. Return Process

  • In-store: Bring the item with proof of purchase for inspection
  • Online: Contact support@reprapwarehouse.com to obtain return approval before shipping

All returns must be securely packaged. Damage caused by inadequate packaging may void eligibility.


5. Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is incorrect
  • Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Fees

  • Refunds are issued after inspection to the original payment method
  • Processing may take up to 10 business days
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns
  • A 10% cancellation fee applies to change-of-mind or order errors. This fee reflects non-recoverable transaction, processing, and administrative costs incurred at the time of order placement

Refunds, exchanges, or replacements are only processed after the item has been received and evaluated. Outcomes may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on condition and manufacturer guidance.


7. Defective or Damaged Items

Report issues within 7 days of delivery with order details and photos.

Items may require return for evaluation before resolution. Final resolution will follow manufacturer guidance and applicable consumer protection laws and may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.


8. Pricing & Manufacturer Changes

Pricing for 3D printers is dynamic and controlled by manufacturers. The following policies outline how pricing changes, promotions, and new product releases are handled.

Price Adjustment Policy We do not offer price adjustments for changes resulting from promotions, new product releases, or model updates after purchase.

Manufacturer Pricing & Promotions Pricing and promotions are set by manufacturers and may change without notice. RepRap Warehouse does not receive retroactive credits, rebates, or reimbursements for price reductions or product transitions.

Pre-Order Pricing Pre-order pricing reflects supplier costs at the time of order and secures inventory based on current supplier pricing and availability.

  • Pricing will not be adjusted retroactively
  • Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment in accordance with our standard cancellation policy

9. Local Returns

Returns may be completed in person at our Edmonton or Sherwood Park locations with proof of purchase.


10. Quebec Customers

Customers in Quebec are protected under the Consumer Protection Act, including the legal warranty of quality.


11. General Conditions

RepRap Warehouse reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, including items showing misuse, damage, missing components, or patterns of abuse.
