1. Please power the device using a USB power supply with the specified voltage. Please ensure that the conveyor belt is pre-folded smoothly. After power is applied, confirm the operational status of the motor and take precautions to prevent motor blockage.2. It is recommended to use indoors at room temperature.

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened items and within 14 days for opened items in new condition.
- To qualify for a return, items must be in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.

- A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover processing and inspection.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and include photos of the issue.
