What do you get?

With our standard service you get an expert level diagnostic, 1 hour of service time and a tune-up! Service can take additional time depending on the complexity of the repair but we want to make sure you are printing again as quickly as possible.

Shipping
  • We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days.
  • We provide Canada-wide shipping to every province and territory.
  • International delivery is available to many countries via DHL and UPS, though we are not shipping to the USA at this time.
  • If you live near our Edmonton or Sherwood Park locations, you can skip the shipping fees and visit us in person.
  • Pre-ordered items will ship as soon as the inventory arrives at our warehouse.

Returns & Refunds
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened items and within 14 days for opened items in new condition.
  • To qualify for a return, items must be in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.
  • Please note that opened consumables like filament and resin, as well as modified items or final sale products, are not eligible for return.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover processing and inspection.
  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and include photos of the issue.
