Product Description:

Introducing Matter3D's Performance ASA. Our ASA is a high impact, high temperature, and FDA approved material. The Performance ASA prints with a semi-matte finish that really hides all layer lines. The material is formulated to reduce warpage and print with stock settings on all major printers (Bambu, Prusa, Creality, etc.). The material has little to no off-gassing of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). It is ideal for end-use parts or other applications where high-strength and high-heat properties are desired. 

 ASA  is moisture sensitive; therefore, our recommendation is to dry the material for 3 - 4 hours at ~ 80° C. Drying ensures that the prints are bubble free and interlayer adhesion is optimized.

2. Layer Adhesion (Impact Strength - Z) = 15 kJ/m2
3. Stiffness (Bending Modulus - XY) = 2500 MPa
4. Strength (Bending Strength - XY) = 54 MPa
5. Saturated Water Absorption Rate / % (25 °C，55% RH) = 0.35%

Matter3D's Performance ABS/ASA are not annealable. This is a result of the lower crystallinity of the bulk polymer.

Annealing of this product will result in warping and/or shrinkage.
