ASA Aero is a lightweight, foaming ASA-based filament engineered for strong, durable prints with significantly reduced material weight. During printing, the material expands slightly, creating a micro-foamed internal structure that lowers density while maintaining excellent structural performance.

Designed for outdoor and functional applications, ASA Aero offers outstanding UV resistance, temperature stability, and weather durability, making it ideal for parts exposed to sunlight and harsh environments. Its reduced weight also makes it particularly useful for drones, RC components, and lightweight mechanical assemblies.

With reliable layer adhesion and the ability to produce strong yet lightweight parts, ASA Aero provides an excellent balance between performance, durability, and efficiency for advanced engineering and performance-focused printing projects.
