It is recommended to always run a test before performing the actual laser cutting project. When laser cutting thick cherry plywood, it's advised to use high power and multiple-pass at a high speed setting to reduce laser dwell time and heat-affected area to minimalize the burning edge. - Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened items and within 14 days for opened items in new condition.
- To qualify for a return, items must be in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.

- A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover processing and inspection.
