Active Chamber Heating & Dual-Intake Cooling

Designed for professional-grade reliability, the X2D pairs a 300 °C hotend with a 65 °C actively heated chamber. This distributes heat evenly, allowing engineering filaments like ABS, ASA, and nylon to bond strongly from edge to edge. For low-temperature filaments like PLA, the dual left and right intakes instantly flush the chamber with cool air. This constant air exchange stabilizes each layer at exactly the right moment.

Smart AI Detection & Monitoring

• Spaghetti & Failure Detection: Built-in AI Liveview (1920x1080) and Toolhead cameras watch for spaghetti, nozzle clumping, and purge-chute jams in real time. This allows the system to pause the job before it wastes time or material.
• Dynamic Flow Calibration: The system monitors the extrusion motor, hotend, and filament. It compensates for deviations automatically before each print, ensuring smooth surfaces and sharp edges.
• Comprehensive Sensors: 31 sensors span the entire system to track feeding status and measure filament usage. This reliably confirms tool readiness across the entire machine.
