A tungsten carbide nozzle designed for H2 and P2S hotend platforms, built to deliver extreme durability, consistent extrusion, and long service life, especially when printing abrasive materials.

Key Features

1. Extreme Wear Resistance
Tungsten carbide is significantly harder than hardened steel or brass, allowing the nozzle to maintain its diameter even after long exposure to abrasive filaments such as:

Carbon fiber–filled filaments (CF)
Glass fiber–filled filaments (GF)
Metal-filled filaments
Glow-in-the-dark materials

2. Long-Term Dimensional Accuracy
Unlike brass nozzles that gradually widen, tungsten carbide maintains precise orifice geometry. This means:

Consistent extrusion width
Stable layer lines
Reliable print tolerances over thousands of print hours

3. High Thermal Conductivity
Compared to hardened steel, tungsten carbide transfers heat more efficiently, improving:

Melt consistency
Flow stability
High-speed printing performance

4. Corrosion and Chemical Resistance
Resists chemical degradation from engineering filaments such as:

Nylon
PETG
PC blends
PPS / high-temp polymers
Compatibility

Designed specifically for H2 and P2S hotend systems, ensuring:

Direct fit with proper thread length
Optimized melt zone alignment
No modification required
Ideal Applications
Industrial or production printing
Continuous carbon fiber filament use
High-speed printers where nozzle wear is a concern
Users who want a “install once and forget it” nozzle
