Volcano nozzles are designed for the E3D Volcano heater block. From standard to super-fat layering, you'll be making stronger, faster and bigger prints in no time. 2.85mm Volcano nozzles are compatible with the Lulzbot Moarstruder.
Nozzle X
The Nozzle X is our NEW ‘One to rule them all’ nozzle, quite possibly the last nozzle your 3D printer will ever need. Made from a special alloy of hardened tool-steel base, E3D added a layer of hard, slick nickel plating which provides a fantastic balance of cost and wear resistance. The cherry on the top? The NEW WS2 ‘polyphobic’ nano coating, no longer will you find hot molten polymers sticking to your nozzle. Rated to a maximum temperature of 500°C, Nozzle X prints every printable material*, from PLA all the way to Carbon Fibre-filled PEEK without wearing.
Please note:
Volcano nozzles are not compatible with the V6, SuperVolcano or Cyclops heater blocks.
E3D nozzles are identifiable with markings on the flats of the hex head, please see the table below for identification.

- We provide Canada-wide shipping to every province and territory.
- International delivery is available to many countries via DHL and UPS, though we are not shipping to the USA at this time.
- If you live near our Edmonton or Sherwood Park locations, you can skip the shipping fees and visit us in person.
- Pre-ordered items will ship as soon as the inventory arrives at our warehouse.

Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened items and within 14 days for opened items in new condition.
- To qualify for a return, items must be in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.
- Please note that opened consumables like filament and resin, as well as modified items or final sale products, are not eligible for return.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover processing and inspection.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and include photos of the issue.
