The Mayku FormBox is a small machine that helps you make professional molds and parts right at your desk. It uses heat and suction to shape plastic sheets over objects you already have. This machine is a great partner for a 3D printer. Instead of waiting hours to print many copies, you can print one shape and use the FormBox to make dozens of molds in minutes.
How It Works
Using the FormBox is simple. You put a plastic sheet into the machine and wait for the heater to get it ready. When the plastic is soft, you pull the handles down over your object. The machine automatically turns on your vacuum cleaner to suck the plastic tight against the shape. This captures every tiny detail. When it cools, you have a perfect mold or a finished plastic part.

Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened items and within 14 days for opened items in new condition.
- To qualify for a return, items must be in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.
- Please note that opened consumables like filament and resin, as well as modified items or final sale products, are not eligible for return.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover processing and inspection.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and include photos of the issue.
