The Apparel Printer is designed to simplify setup and operation: you can go from design to print, to baking (heat press) more or less with minimal manual steps. It also has full-lifecycle auto-maintenance, which means less frequent and easier cleaning especially of nozzles, etc.
Wide Fabric Compatibility
Works on a broad range of materials: cotton, leather, polyester, spandex, etc., and supports both light and dark fabrics. This is a big benefit because many printing solutions are limited to one kind of fabric or the other.
High-End Print Head & Color Accuracy
Uses an industrial-grade Epson I1600 dual print head (a component found in high-end DTF printers). Also includes a 16MP AI Smart Camera to enable automatic calibration to ensure prints are accurate and consistent from the start.
Design Software Integration / Efficiency Tools
Comes with or uses "Creative Space" software, which helps with design optimization, image enhancement, layout refinement. Helps reduce waste, streamline design to print workflows.

Shipping
- We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days.
- We provide Canada-wide shipping to every province and territory.
- International delivery is available to many countries via DHL and UPS, though we are not shipping to the USA at this time.
- If you live near our Edmonton or Sherwood Park locations, you can skip the shipping fees and visit us in person.
- Pre-ordered items will ship as soon as the inventory arrives at our warehouse.

Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened items and within 14 days for opened items in new condition.
- To qualify for a return, items must be in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.
- Please note that opened consumables like filament and resin, as well as modified items or final sale products, are not eligible for return.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover processing and inspection.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and include photos of the issue.
