xTool O1 Omni Printer: The World’s First 4-in-1 Omni Printer

One printer for hard goods and apparel. The xTool O1 Omni Printer does UV, UV DTF, DTG and DTF printing, so you can print on acrylic, wood, metal, leather and shirts from one machine. Choose your edition with care. You cannot change it later.

What It Can Make

• UV + DT Fabric Edition: hard items like wood and acrylic, plus cotton and polyester clothing.
• Dual-Head UV Edition: hard items plus soft ones like leather and canvas, with neon inks and a soft white ink.
• Single UV Edition: hard items like acrylic, wood, metal, glass and ceramic.
• Special effects: raised prints up to 7 mm, plus matte, gloss and foil finishes.
• Stickers and decals: UV DTF transfers with the LM1 Laminator.
• DTF transfers: print on film, add powder and press with a heat press like the xTool WonderPress.

Speed, Power and Work Area

• Print beds: standard 330 x 122 mm, large 330 x 420 mm, and a 300 x 390 mm DTG platen on the DT edition.
• Print heads: Epson F1080, two on the dual editions and one on the Single UV.
• Resolution: 720 x 1440 dpi.
• Smart alignment: a camera scans your item, so each print lands within ±0.2 mm.
• Tumblers: add the OR1 Rotary Attachment for cups and round items.

Safety and Smoke

• The UV inks are GREENGUARD Certified. The fabric ink is OEKO-TEX certified.
• The box includes a filter and an exhaust pipe to help keep your space fresh.
• Wear the safety goggles and gloves from the box when you handle ink.

Software

• Runs on xTool Studio for macOS and Windows, with an app for remote cleaning and control.
• Works with xTool lasers for print then cut. Today that includes the P3, P2, P2S, S1, M2 and M1 Ultra.
• It stirs and moves the white ink and keeps the print heads moist on its own. This helps stop clogs.
