This job is active and includes lifting 10-20 pounds and being on your feet most of the day. You’ll need patience and knowledge to help customers in different ways.
RepRap Warehouse is a local shop in Sherwood Park, Alberta. We’re looking for fun, energetic people who love 3D printing and connecting with others.
You’ll join a team that cares about great customer service and building a community where connection, creativity, individuality and expertise are valued.
We help people find the right equipment for their hobby and enjoy helping plastic enthusiasts get what they need for new projects. We support businesses and institutions that rely on 3D printing, and we like guiding newcomers to find the perfect setup.
Our mission is to create a fun and energetic place where everyone can enjoy themselves.
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting and serving customers promptly and providing a memorable customer service experience
- Ability to multitask
- Answering phone calls, emails & other inquiries
- Keeping the shop clean, organized and well stocked
- Operating a computer and Shopify POS system, and handling cash
- Assisting customers in filament, parts and equipment selection
- Receiving deliveries, updating inventory and stocking shelves
- Preparing online orders for shipping
