- AMS 2 Pro Upgrade Kit 1 (with Filament Buffer): For X1/P1 printer owners who plan to connect a single AMS 2 Pro unit.
- AMS 2 Pro Upgrade Kit 2 (with AMS Hub): For X1/P1 printer owners who plan to connect more than one AMS 2 Pro unit.
For X1/P1 Series Printers
- Drying Function Requirement: A power adapter must be used when enabling the drying function to ensure sufficient power.
- Connecting Multiple AMS 2 Pro Units: If the drying function is enabled for multiple units, each AMS 2 Pro requires its own Switching Adapter.
- Non-Drying Function Use: The Switching Adapter can be omitted if the drying function is not used.
Notes
- For H2D Printer: You can directly connect multiple AMS 2 Pro units using the 6-pin cable.

For X1/P1 Series Printers:
- If you plan to connect multiple AMS 2 Pro units together, you will need to purchase the AMS 2 Pro Upgrade Kit 2 (with AMS Hub inside).
- The AMS 2 Pro is compatible with X1/P1 series printers for multi-material printing. The filament drying feature for these older generation machines will be fulfilled through an OTA update by the end of April.

- International delivery is available to many countries via DHL and UPS, though we are not shipping to the USA at this time.
- If you live near our Edmonton or Sherwood Park locations, you can skip the shipping fees and visit us in person.
- Pre-ordered items will ship as soon as the inventory arrives at our warehouse.

Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened items and within 14 days for opened items in new condition.
- To qualify for a return, items must be in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.
- Please note that opened consumables like filament and resin, as well as modified items or final sale products, are not eligible for return.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover processing and inspection.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and include photos of the issue.
