Print Settings
- Nozzle: 260–290°C
- Bed: 100–120°C on Engineering / Smooth / Textured PEI (Cool plate not recommended; liquid glue not recommended)
- Enclosed printer required
- Glue stick for adhesion
- Drying: required 75–85°C × 8 h (oven) or AMS HT 80°C × 8 h; desiccant required during use
- AMS: compatible; AMS lite: not recommended
- Avoid 0.2 mm on some platforms for PC

- We provide Canada-wide shipping to every province and territory.
- International delivery is available to many countries via DHL and UPS, though we are not shipping to the USA at this time.
- If you live near our Edmonton or Sherwood Park locations, you can skip the shipping fees and visit us in person.
- Pre-ordered items will ship as soon as the inventory arrives at our warehouse.

Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened items and within 14 days for opened items in new condition.
- To qualify for a return, items must be in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.
- Please note that opened consumables like filament and resin, as well as modified items or final sale products, are not eligible for return.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover processing and inspection.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and include photos of the issue.
