Print Settings
- Nozzle: 240–270°C
- Bed: 60–80°C on Engineering, Smooth PEI, or Textured PEI
- Fan: moderate
- Drying: recommended 70°C × 8 h if open
- Default flow ratio often ~0.95 — do not raise casually
- AMS: compatible
Material
- PETG Basic — tough glycol-modified PET
- Diameter: 1.75 mm ± 0.03 mm
- Higher impact and heat than PLA; less warp/odor than ABS for many jobs

- This is PETG Basic — PETG HF is the high-flow sibling; PETG-CF is carbon-filled
- Dry filament strings less and bonds better
- Enclosed print helps interlayer strength in cold shops

Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened items and within 14 days for opened items in new condition.
- To qualify for a return, items must be in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.
- Please note that opened consumables like filament and resin, as well as modified items or final sale products, are not eligible for return.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover processing and inspection.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and include photos of the issue.
