Bambu TPU for AMS is the flexible filament you can load straight into your AMS. It has a Shore hardness of 68D, so parts come out tough with a little give. Its special formula cuts down on stringing, and it prints up to 60% faster than Bambu TPU 95A HF.
What's Included
- 1 Γ 1 kg spool of Bambu TPU for AMS, 1.75 mm
- High temperature reusable spool (PC + ABS, rated to 90Β°C)
- RFID tag with the print settings built in, read by the AMS
Print Settings
- Nozzle: 220 to 240Β°C (230Β°C is a good start)
- Bed: 30 to 35Β°C with glue on a Textured or Smooth PEI plate
- Speed: up to 250 mm/s
- Max volumetric speed: 18 mmΒ³/s
- Cooling fan: on, about 20 to 50%
- Retraction: 0.8 to 1.4 mm at 20 to 40 mm/s
- Nozzle size: 0.4, 0.6, or 0.8 mm
- Dry before printing: 70Β°C for 8 hours in a forced-air drying oven, or 80 to 90Β°C for 12 hours on an X1 series heatbed

Compatibility
- Made for every Bambu Lab AMS, including AMS lite
- The AMS reads the RFID tag and loads the right settings for you
- Works with 0.4, 0.6, and 0.8 mm nozzles. The 0.2 mm nozzle is not compatible
- Spool size: 200 mm across, 67 mm wide
Good To Know
- This TPU soaks up moisture fast. Dry it before use and keep it sealed with desiccant, below 20% humidity, while printing and in storage
- Stringing or weak layers mean the spool needs another dry
- More walls or more infill make a stiffer part. Fewer walls and less infill make it softer and bendier
- Skip annealing. TPU prints with complex shapes can warp in the heat
- Dry in a forced-air oven only. Never use a microwave or kitchen oven

Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened items and within 14 days for opened items in new condition.
- To qualify for a return, items must be in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.
- Please note that opened consumables like filament and resin, as well as modified items or final sale products, are not eligible for return.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover processing and inspection.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and include photos of the issue.
