Creality Sermoon D3 3D Printer: Industrial-Grade Stability & Precision

Unlock professional-grade 3D printing with the Creality Sermoon D3. Engineered for uncompromising industrial stability, precise execution, and versatile performance, this printer offers a generous 300 × 250 × 300mm build volume. Whether you are batch-manufacturing or producing breathtakingly delicate models, the Sermoon D3 delivers stunning prints with 0.1mm accuracy where layer textures are hardly visible.

Key Features & Benefits

Industrial-Grade Stability

Built to hold up against the inertia of a fast-moving print head, the D3 features a remarkably sturdy frame constructed from thick metal plates and four vertical aerospace aluminum profiles. The X, Y, and Z axes are reinforced with stainless steel linear shafts boasting 60HRC hardness. The result? A machine capable of 720 hours (30 days) of non-stop printing and 8,000 hours of failure-free, steady operation.

Minimize Mechanical Errors

Achieve seamless fits and pinpoint accuracy. The integrated XY-axis gantry system is CNC machined with an incredible 0.01mm precision. Combined with precise high-torque motors, durable timing belts, and robust pulleys, mechanical errors are virtually eliminated.

Reliable Extrusion at 300℃

Equipped with Creality's highly acclaimed "Sprite" dual-gear direct drive extruder, you get strong, consistent extrusion and retraction force. It features an inner-polished copper alloy nozzle, a bi-metal heat break to prevent heat creep, and two large 5015 cooling fans—ensuring smooth operation at lasting high temperatures.

Up to 5 Times Faster Printing

Multiply your production capacity. An advanced stepper motor driver chip enables 1/256 microstepping for buttery-smooth, rapid printing. Achieve up to 3x faster speeds with PLA and up to 5x faster speeds with ABS.

14 Supported Filaments

Print with exactly what your project demands. The Sermoon D3 effortlessly handles 14 distinct materials:

  • Regular: PLA, PLA-Wood, PETG, PET
  • High-Strength: ABS, PA, ASA, PC, PC-ABS
  • Flexible: TPU95A, TPC
  • Wear-Resistant: PLA-CF, PA-CF, PET-CF

Heat Contained, Less Cracking

Say goodbye to edge curling. A heat bed adjustable up to 110℃ pairs perfectly with the printer’s heat-retaining enclosure. This creates an even, hot, enveloping atmosphere completely free from ambient airflow, resulting in structurally sound prints with less cracking.

Scale Up with Multi-Printer Control

Need to manufacture at scale? Connect multiple Sermoon D3 printers to your LAN or the Internet. Using Creality Print, you can send a single command to batch-print models across multiple machines, or even divide a massive model into smaller parts to print simultaneously.

Smart Connectivity & Remote Monitoring

Connect via WiFi or RJ45 Ethernet to print directly from your PC or phone using Creality Print or the Creality Cloud App. A built-in 1080p webcam lets you monitor your printing progress in real-time on Creality Cloud and capture time-lapse videos of your creations.

Considerate Safety Features

  • Built-in HEPA Filtration: Two internal air filters actively purify PM0.3 particles and toxic compounds generated when printing with materials like ABS.
  • Smart Door Sensor: If the enclosure door is opened during a print, the machine immediately sounds an alarm, pauses the print, and quickly cools down to prevent scalding or pinching.

A Completely Streamlined Workflow

From one-click model slicing and automated auto-leveling to digital model previews and full remote control, your entire 3D printing workflow is perfectly streamlined right out of the box.
