The D1200 Ultra prints big, strong parts fast enough for real production runs. Mag-Lev linear motors move the print head at up to 1100 mm/s and hold ±0.05 mm per 100 mm, so parts come off ready to assemble. It gives you a 1200 × 1050 × 1050 mm build volume, an 80°C heated chamber and independent dual extruders, all built for 24/7 work.
The D1200 Ultra is part of Creatlabs, the high-end industrial brand from CreatBot. It is built on the Creatlabs FFF 2.0 system to take you from prototypes to small batches and serial production. Its extra-large build space lets you print big parts in one piece or nest batches of small parts and print them in a single run.
Mag-Lev Linear Motors
Belt and screw drives lose speed and accuracy to friction. The Ultra uses direct-drive linear motors instead, so there is no transmission friction. You get faster moves, more exact motion, smoother surfaces and more output per day.

Precision That Lasts
Printing accuracy is ±0.05 mm per 100 mm. Automatic calibration and real-time compensation keep that accuracy steady over years of production. It is built for a decade of reliable manufacturing.
Large Build Volume and 80°C Heated Chamber
The 1200 × 1050 × 1050 mm build volume prints large parts in one piece. The 80°C active heated chamber keeps the heat steady, which helps engineering plastics like ABS and ASA print well.
High-Flow Extruder System
The hotend pushes up to 90 mm³/s and reaches 420°C. It fully melts every filament at high speed for strong layer bonding.
IDEX Independent Dual Extruders
Two independent extruders give you three ways to print:
- Single mode: one extruder uses the full 1200 × 1050 × 1050 mm build volume.
- Dual-nozzle support mode: print support material, like PVA, apart from the main material (1200 × 1050 × 1050 mm).
- Mirror duplication mode: both extruders print matching parts at the same time for double the output (600 × 1050 × 1050 mm).
Full-Auto Dual-Nozzle XYZ Offset Calibration
- XY via HD macro camera with AI visual recognition, 0.02 mm accuracy
- Z via snap-action switch with full-auto multiple positioning, 0.005 mm accuracy
Eddy Current Bed Leveling • 0.001 mm Precision
High-frequency electromagnetic sensing probes the big build plate to 0.001 mm for a perfect first layer. The sensor never touches the plate, so it never wears out. It scans without stopping and levels the bed in about 60 seconds.
Daily Output
Daily output is the weight of material the printer can lay down in 24 hours. The Ultra prints about 1 to 2 kg a day with a 0.4 mm nozzle and 2 to 5 kg a day with a 0.8 mm nozzle. Real results depend on the part shape and infill.
Batch Consistency
Run many printers on the same job, or print different parts of a kit on different machines. The parts stay precise and fit together when you assemble them.

Printer Cluster Management System

Air Filtration
