What's Included
- Complete HotEnd: one fully built E3D High Flow ObXidian HotEnd with heater and temperature sensor, made for the X1 or P1 connector.
- HotEnd with Nozzle: the metal HotEnd and ObXidian nozzle only. You reuse the heater and temperature sensor from your stock HotEnd.

Compatibility
- Complete HotEnd: pick X1 Carbon or P1 Series (P1P and P1S). The connectors are different, so choose the one for your printer.
- HotEnd with Nozzle: fits X1, X1 Carbon, P1P and P1S.
- Does not fit the X1E, A1, A1 Mini or H2 printers.
Good To Know
- ObXidian nozzles last much longer than other hardened nozzles. Very harsh filled filaments, like some PA CF and PA GF blends, can still wear them over time.
- Some filled filaments have large particles. Check your filament's minimum nozzle size. The 0.6 mm nozzle is the safer pick for filled filament.

- We provide Canada-wide shipping to every province and territory.
- International delivery is available to many countries via DHL and UPS, though we are not shipping to the USA at this time.
- If you live near our Edmonton or Sherwood Park locations, you can skip the shipping fees and visit us in person.
- Pre-ordered items will ship as soon as the inventory arrives at our warehouse.

Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened items and within 14 days for opened items in new condition.
- To qualify for a return, items must be in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.
- Please note that opened consumables like filament and resin, as well as modified items or final sale products, are not eligible for return.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover processing and inspection.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and include photos of the issue.
