Why Choose Carbon Fiber Nylon?
PA6-CF combines the toughness of nylon with the rigidity of carbon fiber, making it an excellent choice for parts that need to stay accurate under load and maintain their shape at elevated temperatures. It prints with significantly better dimensional stability than traditional nylon while remaining much easier to machine and finish after printing.
Important Notes
- Nylon absorbs moisture quickly. For the best print quality and mechanical performance, always dry the filament before use and store it in a dry environment.
- Due to the abrasive nature of carbon fiber, a hardened nozzle is required.
- An enclosed printer is strongly recommended for the best layer adhesion and dimensional accuracy.
