What's Included
- 1 × Matter3D Performance PLA spool in the colour and weight you pick (1 kg, 3 kg, or 5 kg where listed)
- 1.75 mm filament, vacuum-sealed with desiccant
- Compounded and extruded in Victoria, BC
Print Settings
- Nozzle: about 215-230°C (start near the middle and tune)
- Bed: about 65°C (many textured PEI plates work from room temp up to about 75°C)
- Fan: about 40-80% after the first layers
- Speed: start above 40 mm/s; keep detail work slower
- Dry if the spool sat open: about 45-50°C for 4-6 hours
- Optional anneal for more heat hold: warm the finished part at about 80-130°C for up to 30 minutes (hot water or oven)
Material
- Performance PLA (high-crystallinity / impact-modified PLA family)
- 1.75 mm diameter; manufacturer tolerance about ±0.05 mm
- Made in Canada from premium North American base resin
- Higher heat hold than standard PLA after a proper anneal (Matter3D lists HDT around 75°C on this grade)
- Stronger everyday impact and layer bond than basic PLA for mounts and fixtures
- Carbon Fiber Infused option is stiffer; use a hardened nozzle on that colour
Good To Know
- This is still PLA. Keep parts away from hot car dashboards and dishwashers unless you anneal and test
- Matter3D does not certify printed parts as food-safe. Treat prints as non-food-contact
- Dry filament prints cleaner. Store sealed with desiccant between jobs
- Annealing can shrink parts a little. Leave clearance on tight fits and test one piece first

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened items and within 14 days for opened items in new condition.
- To qualify for a return, items must be in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.
- Please note that opened consumables like filament and resin, as well as modified items or final sale products, are not eligible for return.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover processing and inspection.
