What's Included
- 1 × Matter3D Wood PLA spool (1 kg)
- 1.75 mm filament with about 10% real wood fiber
- Vacuum-sealed packaging; made in Victoria, BC
Print Settings
- Nozzle: about 200-225°C (start near the middle and tune)
- Bed: about 40-65°C (many textured PEI plates work from room temp)
- Fan: about 50-100% after the first layers
- Speed: about 40-80 mm/s; keep detail work slower
- Nozzle size: 0.6 mm is the easy path; 0.4 mm can work when dialed in
- Dry if needed: about 40-50°C for 4-6 hours
Material
- Wood-filled PLA (about 10% genuine wood fiber)
- 1.75 mm diameter
- Saws, sands, and takes paint well
- Colour can shift batch to batch (brown, olive, or darker tones) because real wood pulp varies
- Still PLA for heat: keep parts away from hot dashboards and dishwashers
Good To Know
- Treat printed parts as non-food-contact
- Wood fill is mildly abrasive. A hardened nozzle lasts longer on long runs
- If you need a specific brown tone, ask support before the spool ships

- International delivery is available to many countries via DHL and UPS, though we are not shipping to the USA at this time.
- If you live near our Edmonton or Sherwood Park locations, you can skip the shipping fees and visit us in person.
- Pre-ordered items will ship as soon as the inventory arrives at our warehouse.

Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened items and within 14 days for opened items in new condition.
- To qualify for a return, items must be in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.
- Please note that opened consumables like filament and resin, as well as modified items or final sale products, are not eligible for return.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover processing and inspection.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and include photos of the issue.
