Size: 50 ml

Prints fail when the first layer lets go. Xtreme Lock holds your part tight to the build plate while it prints, so corners stay flat and you get fewer failed prints. When the print is done and the plate cools, PLA and PETG parts often pop off on their own. Pick a 50 ml bottle to try it or a 120 ml bottle for regular use. Each bottle works for everyday filaments like PLA and PETG and for hot, tough ones like Nylon, PC and PEEK.

How to Use

  • Shake the bottle well.
  • Make sure the build plate is clean and cold. Do not apply it to a hot plate.
  • Gently squeeze the bottle and spread a thin layer with a brush.
  • Let it dry for a few minutes.
  • Set your first layer height, then start printing.
  • Remove the part. For PLA and PETG, let the plate cool first. For high temperature filaments, remove the part right after printing while it is still hot.
  • Clean the plate and rinse the brush with water or isopropyl alcohol.

Good to Know

  • Use a thin layer. ABS sticks very well, so too much can make parts hard to remove.
  • Do not go over the same spot again and again with the brush.
  • You do not need to squish the first layer. Too close can damage glass plates.
  • For high temperature filaments, Menhir suggests using a brim.
  • Remove high temperature parts while hot. They shrink fast as they cool and can crack glass.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened items and within 14 days for opened items in new condition.
  • To qualify for a return, items must be in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.
  • Please note that opened consumables like filament and resin, as well as modified items or final sale products, are not eligible for return.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover processing and inspection.
