We will notify you the moment this item returns to our collection.
Fiberon PA6-CF20 is a nylon 6 filament filled with 20% carbon fibre. It prints stiff, strong parts that hold their shape up to 215°C. Polymaker's Fiber Adhesion technology gives it great layer bonding. It is the same formula as PolyMide PA6-CF, now under the Fiberon name, and it may print a slightly darker black.

Good To Know
- Carbon fibre wears out a brass nozzle in about 9 hours of printing. Use hardened steel or ruby.
- Nylon pulls water from the air fast. Store and print it below 20% humidity, and dry the spool if it has been open.
- Parts hold their size well. Polymaker's 40 mm test print came out within 0.1 mm.
- If you print PA6-CF20 as its own support, take the supports off before the part soaks up moisture. Wet supports can bond to the part for good.
- Need more? Fiberon PA6-CF20 Black also comes on a 3 kg spool.
Good For
- Jigs, fixtures, and end-use tooling that must stay stiff under load
- Brackets, mounts, and housings that sit near heat
- Electronics housings and precision parts that need heat resistance and insulation
- Automotive parts and functional prototypes
