RepRapper Tech Conductive TPU is an electrically conductive flexible filament filled with graphene and carbon — useful for functional prototypes, not a copper-wire replacement.

What's Included

Print Settings

  • Dry thoroughly before printing — this filament picks up moisture more easily than standard grades
  • Keep speeds moderate; stay under about 100 mm/s until you have a tuned profile
  • Avoid aggressive overhang-heavy models until your settings are dialed in
  • Nozzle and bed: start from RepRapper Tech TPU ranges and tune for the conductive fill

  • Electrically conductive TPU with graphene and carbon additives

Expect high-kohm resistance in a printed path. About 100 kΩ over 10 cm is a useful ballpark from RepRapper’s conductive family; your real part will shift with path length, infill, and geometry, so bench-test your design. This is not copper-wire conductivity.

Good To Know

  • Not a substitute for copper wire, PCB traces, or certified ESD packaging systems
  • Dry before printing; wet conductive filament prints poorly and can look electrically “dead”
  • Conductivity scales with infill and geometry — test your design
  • Specialty conductive grade — not a colour option of standard TPU 95A
