What's Included

- Vacuum-sealed bag with desiccant
Print Settings
- Nozzle: about 180–220°C (start near the middle and tune)
- Bed: about 40–60°C
- Speed: start slow (about 40–100 mm/s). Soft filament likes patience
- Dry before printing: about 50–60°C for 6–8 hours when the spool has sat open
- Direct drive is usually easier. Bowden can work if you slow down and keep the path short and smooth
Material
- Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), Shore hardness 95A
- Diameter 1.75 mm, about ±0.03 mm
- 1 kg net spool, vacuum-packed with moisture-absorbing desiccant
- Flexible once printed; firmer than very soft floppy TPU grades, easier to feed than ultra-soft flex
Good To Know
- TPU drinks moisture. Keep sealed with desiccant between prints, and dry if you see bubbles, stringing, or weak layers
- Print slower than PLA. Rushing flexible filament is how feeds skip or jam
- Do not assume AMS-style auto-feed. Soft TPU often needs a dedicated path or external mount

Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened items and within 14 days for opened items in new condition.
- To qualify for a return, items must be in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.
- Please note that opened consumables like filament and resin, as well as modified items or final sale products, are not eligible for return.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover processing and inspection.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and include photos of the issue.
