Each material bay in the Material Station contains a prefeeder. This is responsible for preloading the filament, forwarding the filament to the printer's feeder, and assisted feeding during the print process. The prefeeder contains four optical sensors (two for each extrusion path), which are used to detect the filament presence during loading and unloading, and also for detecting end-of-filament situations.

Note: This prefeeder module does not contain the Bowden tubes to the merger, making this item compatible with both the S series Material Station and Factor 4 (different tube lengths).

Returns & Refunds
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened items and within 14 days for opened items in new condition.
  • To qualify for a return, items must be in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.
  • Please note that opened consumables like filament and resin, as well as modified items or final sale products, are not eligible for return.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover processing and inspection.
  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and include photos of the issue.
