xTool F2 Ultra 60W MOPA & 40W Diode Dual Laser Engraver

Made for makers who sell metal work. The xTool F2 Ultra pairs a 60W MOPA laser for metal with a 40W blue diode laser for wood, leather and acrylic. Add colour to stainless steel, emboss coins and cut thin brass, all in one enclosed machine. Only work with metal? Pick the single laser version with the 60W MOPA alone.

What It Can Make

• Cuts (40W diode): paper, wood, leather, MDF, felt and some dark, solid-colour acrylic.
• Cuts (60W MOPA): brass and stainless steel up to 2 mm, silver up to 1 mm, aluminum up to 1 mm and gold up to 0.2 mm.
• Engraves (40W diode): wood, bamboo, leather, fabric, MDF, dark glass, ceramic, jade, marble, slate, cement, brick, and plated or painted metal.
• Engraves (60W MOPA): stainless steel, aluminum, brass, silver, gold, platinum, titanium and plastic.
• Metal effects: colour marking, deep engraving and embossing.
• Cut depth: up to 23 mm basswood and 20 mm acrylic, in several passes.

Speed, Power and Work Area

• Top speed: 15,000 mm/s, so batches of tags and pendants go fast.
• Work area: 220 x 220 mm. Add the Auto Streamline Conveyor for 220 x 500 mm and feed trays of items in a row.
• Tallest item: 150 mm. Rotary items up to 150 mm across.
• Dual 48MP cameras with autofocus: see your item live and place your design within 0.2 mm, even on tiny jewellery.
• Fine detail: a laser spot as small as 0.03 x 0.03 mm on the MOPA laser.

Safety and Smoke

• The F2 Ultra is fully enclosed. The cover blocks laser light and smoke, and a fire safety stop adds peace of mind.
• It is rated as a Class 4 laser. Read the user manual and follow its safety steps every time.
• Lasers make smoke and fine dust. Add the SafetyPro AP2 Air Purifier or the SafetyPro IF2 Inline Duct Fan to keep your air clean.

Software

• Runs on xTool Studio, one app for design, layout, settings and machine control.
• Works on Windows and macOS. Connect by USB, Wi-Fi or IP.
• Opens SVG, DXF, JPG, PNG, BMP and TIF files.
• The F2 Ultra does not work with LightBurn at this time.
