A big, smart CO2 laser for a busy shop. The xTool P3 has an 80W CO2 laser and a 915 x 458 mm bed. Cameras and LiDAR measure, focus and line up your work for you, so you place your material and press go.
What It Can Make
- Cuts in one pass: up to 20 mm basswood and 25 mm acrylic.
- Cuts: wood, acrylic, fabric, leather and more.
- Engraves: wood, acrylic, bamboo, glass, ceramic and more, over 300 materials in all.
- Metal and plastic: add the 5W IR module, sold separately, to mark stainless steel, aluminum and plastic.
- Tall and round items: the built-in AutoLift base handles items up to 220 mm tall, and the rotary takes items 0 to 200 mm across.

Safety and Smoke
- The P3 is a Class 1 laser, enclosed and safe to run in a shop or classroom.
- Eight flame sensors, a heat sensor and two side cameras watch the bed. A built-in CO2 cylinder puts out flames fast.
- Lasers make smoke and smell. The SafetyPro IF2 inline fan comes in the box. For filtered air with no venting, add the SafetyPro AP2 Max Air Purifier.
Software
- Runs on xTool Studio with smart nesting, batch fill and AI design tools.
- Works on Windows and macOS. Connect by USB or Wi-Fi.
- Material EasySet settings help you skip test runs.

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened items and within 14 days for opened items in new condition.
- To qualify for a return, items must be in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.

- A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover processing and inspection.
