Cut metal with clean, dry shop air instead of gas tanks. This air compressor and air dryer feed the xTool SaveGas nozzle for burr-free cuts.
Works With
- The xTool SaveGas nozzle for laser metal cutting
- The compressor and dryer must be used together
- Air Dryer alone: your compressor must be rated over 1.0 MPa and over 200 L/min at 0.6 MPa
What It Does
- Burr-free cuts in 4 mm stainless steel, 4 mm aluminum and 3 mm brass at 0.6 MPa (87 PSI)
- Also 1 mm carbon steel and 1 mm galvanized steel with an ordinary nozzle
- Dryer removes 99% of moisture and 99.999% of oil and rust
- Air cuts leave a darker edge on stainless steel than nitrogen
- The SaveGas nozzle cannot cut shapes smaller than 2.5 mm

Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened items and within 14 days for opened items in new condition.
- To qualify for a return, items must be in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.
- Please note that opened consumables like filament and resin, as well as modified items or final sale products, are not eligible for return.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover processing and inspection.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and include photos of the issue.
